Instructions
Mix together all ingredients for the marinade. Add venison and marinate for 2 hours.
Soak noodles in hot water for 1 minute. Drain, rinse in cold water, and set aside.
In a wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add carrot and cabbage and cook for another 4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add in venison and marinade. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in noodles and vegetables. Cook for another minute, stirring frequently.
