For the Duck...

legs

For the Green Beans...

green beans
trimmed

red chili peppers

Instructions
For the Duck...
Prick the skin of the duck legs with a fork or score with a knife. Be careful to only score the skin and not the meat of the duck.
Mix together the ingredients for the marinade.
Marinate the duck overnight (12 - 24 hours) in a sealed plastic bag in the fridge or a coooler.
Heat grill or fire to low heat (180 F degrees). Place legs directly on grate and smoke covered (use foil if on the fire) for 4 1/2 hours.
For the Green Beans...
With 45 minutes left to cook on the duck, toss beans and peppers in oil. Season with salt. Wrap in a foil packet and cook for remainder of the time.
